What do you need to participate in this Design & Sew Along?
Necessary Supplies
To participate in this Design & Sew Along, you will require the following supplies:
1. Sure-Fit Designs Dress Kit - Your Dress Kit bodice and skirt (blouse) blueprint completed
3. Designing Stylus - essential for drawing all the major curves
4. Clear Designing Stylus - essential for drawing all the major curves
5. The Curved T-Square - for squaring off and I love using it for smaller seam allowances
7. Line Drafter - nice to have for drawing straight lines - similar to a quilting ruler but with an attached handle for easy maneuverability
8. Designers Companion - perfect for small curves
9. Narrow Seam Buddy - perfect for narrow seam allowances.
Tracing Vellum or Tracing Vellum Sheets - essential for tracing and drawing pattern changes
Snap Fasteners size 0 (7mm)
You will need about 1.75 meters (1.9 Yards) woven fabric as discussed in Video Lesson #2
Fusible Interfacing
Light weight chain bought at bead shop or at accessory shop (costume jewelry)
